1. InBody(인바디)검사

  • 체성분 분석상 체지방량 증가 소견입니다. 비만은 호흡곤란, 부종, 쉽게 피곤함, 코골이 등의 증상을 일으킬 뿐만 아니라 동맥경화증, 당뇨병, 퇴행성 관절염, 심장병 등의 원인이 됩니다. 식이요법 및 운동치료, 약물치료 등에 대한 비만치료 상담을 권유 드립니다.

2. 디톡스슬리밍센터 검진

  • 디톡스슬리밍센터 검진은 일반혈액검사, 일반생화학검사, 특수생화학검사, 단백면역검사, 내분비검사, 호르몬검사, 일반뇨검사를 포함한 검진입니다. 그 외 추가로 요청하신 종양표지자, 감염증혈청검사, 혈액응고검사 등을 포함하여 진행하였습니다.
  • 요산(uric acid)상승, 페리틴 및 염증 지표 중 ESR이 약간 상승 된 소견으로 통풍 과거력을 고려하여 주치의상담 권유 드립니다.
  • 소변검사상 혈뇨가 관찰됩니다, 재검을 권유 드립니다.
  • B형간염 항체가 없습니다, 예방접종력을 확인하시고, B형간염 예방접종 이력이 없는 경우 예방접종을 권유 드립니다.
  • 그 외 혈액검사상 이상소견은 보이지 않습니다.

3. 영상검사

  • 복부초음파상 중등증의 지방간, 간낭종, 담낭결석이 보입니다. 비만, 과도한 음주, 고지혈증 등이 지방간의 흔한 원인이 될 수 있습니다. 대사질환에 주의하시고 주기적인 경과관찰을 통한 추적관찰을 권유 드립니다.
  • 전립선초음파상 전립선 경계 단계로 비대 및 석회화가 보입니다. 전립선 석회는 특별한 이상은 아니며 비대증 관련 증상이 있을시 비뇨기과 진료 권유 드립니다.
  • 갑상선초음파상 양성으로 보이는 갑상선결절 및 낭종이 있습니다. 크기변화 관찰을 위해 1년마다 정기적으로 초음파 검사를 받으십시오.
  • 췌장MRI검사상 췌장낭종, 간낭종, 신장낭종으로 의심되는 소견이 있습니다. 일반적으로 단순 낭종은 문제가 되지 않으나 변화양상을 관찰하기 위하여 주기적인 추적검사를 권유 드립니다.

4. NK세포 활성도 검사

  • NK세포는 암세포, 바이러스를 감시하고 제거하여 면역을 조절하는 중요한 역할을 하는 선천 면역 세포 중 하나입니다. 검사결과 NK세포의 활성이 정상범위 입니다.

5. 소변유기산 검사

  • 우리 몸의 생화학적 대사의 대부분은 소변을 통해 배출이 됩니다. 소변유기산 검사는 소변의 대사물을 측정함으로써 미토콘드리아의 기능(에너지 대사 평가), 신경전달물질, 항산화력, 간 해독 및 장내미생물을 측정할 수 있습니다.
  • 전체적으로 양호한 편이나 대사 평가상 신경전달물질대사, 산화손상과 항산화 대사에서 불균형을 보입니다. 신경전달물질대사는 우울, 불안 등의 정신과 증상과 연관된 도파민, 세로토닌 등의 신경전달 물질들이 세포내에서 충분히 만들어지고 있는지, 혹은 합성 과정에 방해요인이 있는지를 확인합니다. 현재 세로토닌과 멜라토닌을 만들어내는 트립토판이 신경에 자극을 주는 물질을 만드는 쪽으로 촉진 되고 있습니다. 이는 체내 염증이나, 스트레스가 많은 경우 보일 수 있으며 두통, 집중력저하, 불안, 피로, 멍함 등으로 나타날 수 있습니다. 염증을 줄이기 위해 충분한 수면, 가공식품 섭취를 주의하십시오. 또한 저하되어 있는 항산화력 증진을 위해 항산화제 복용 또는 주사치료가 도움이 될 수 있습니다.

1. InBody Test

  • Body composition analysis shows increased body fat mass. Obesity not only causes symptoms such as breathing difficulties, edema, easy fatigue, and snoring, but also contributes to arteriosclerosis, diabetes, degenerative arthritis, and heart disease. We recommend consultation for obesity treatment including dietary therapy, exercise therapy, and medication therapy.

2. Detox Slimming Center Examination

  • The Detox Slimming Center examination includes general blood tests, general biochemistry tests, special biochemistry tests, protein immunity tests, endocrine tests, hormone tests, and general urine tests. Additionally requested tumor markers, serological infection tests, and blood coagulation tests were also included.
  • Elevated uric acid, slightly elevated ferritin and ESR inflammatory markers are observed. Considering your history of gout, consultation with your primary physician is recommended.
  • Hematuria is observed in the urine test. Re-examination is recommended.
  • No Hepatitis B antibodies detected. Please verify your vaccination history. If you have no history of Hepatitis B vaccination, vaccination is recommended.
  • No other abnormal findings in blood tests.

3. Imaging Tests

  • Abdominal ultrasound shows moderate fatty liver, hepatic cyst, and gallbladder stones. Obesity, excessive alcohol consumption, and hyperlipidemia can be common causes of fatty liver. Please be mindful of metabolic diseases and regular follow-up monitoring is recommended.
  • Prostate ultrasound shows borderline stage prostatic enlargement and calcification. Prostatic calcification is not a particular abnormality. If symptoms related to prostatic hypertrophy occur, urology consultation is recommended.
  • Thyroid ultrasound shows benign-appearing thyroid nodules and cysts. Please receive regular ultrasound examinations annually to monitor size changes.
  • Pancreatic MRI shows findings suggestive of pancreatic cyst, hepatic cyst, and renal cyst. Simple cysts are generally not problematic, but periodic follow-up examinations are recommended to observe changes.

4. NK Cell Activity Test

  • NK cells are one of the important innate immune cells that monitor and eliminate cancer cells and viruses to regulate immunity. Test results show NK cell activity is within normal range.

5. Urine Organic Acid Test

  • Most of our body's biochemical metabolism is excreted through urine. The urine organic acid test can measure mitochondrial function (energy metabolism evaluation), neurotransmitters, antioxidant capacity, liver detoxification, and intestinal microbiota by measuring urinary metabolites.
  • Overall results are favorable, but metabolic evaluation shows imbalances in neurotransmitter metabolism, oxidative damage, and antioxidant metabolism. Neurotransmitter metabolism examines whether neurotransmitters such as dopamine and serotonin, which are associated with psychiatric symptoms like depression and anxiety, are being sufficiently produced within cells or if there are interfering factors in the synthesis process. Currently, tryptophan, which produces serotonin and melatonin, is being promoted toward producing nerve-stimulating substances. This can occur when there is inflammation or high stress in the body, and may manifest as headaches, decreased concentration, anxiety, fatigue, and mental fog. To reduce inflammation, ensure adequate sleep and be cautious with processed food consumption. Additionally, antioxidant supplementation or injection therapy may help improve the reduced antioxidant capacity.
